Honor Technology Vendors at RetailVision Fall 2003 Event
Bedford, NH, September 15, 2003 — The leading retailers
of North America recognized the vendors of consumer technology for
their product innovation and channel strategies at the "Best
of RetailVision Awards" held during the RetailVision Fall 2003
Event, September 2-5 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort &
Spa in Phoenix, Arizona.
For the past 13 years, the "Best of RetailVision Awards"
have been acknowledged as one of the computer retailing industry's
leading honors. Among the record number of leading retailer organizations
attending RetailVision and voting on this fall's awards were Best
Buy, Staples, CompUSA, Dell, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Circuit City,
and many others.
"These awards represent an extraordinary benchmark
for technology vendors because they are voted on by the top retailers
in North America," said Pete Prentice, event director for RetailVision.
"For both winners and nominees, the awards carry the prestige
and the confirmation that a vendor's products and strategies are succeeding
in the consumer channel."
RetailVision Fall had more than 175 vendor companies showcasing new
