Vision Events Announces Its Lineup for the First Half of 2003
BEDFORD, N.H., January 23, 2003 — Vision Events, a Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT and ITB) company, announced today seven U.S. and European Events that will take place from February through May of this year.
The Vision Events lineup covers a broad range of strategically important technology sectors, from the retail, value-added reseller (VAR) and white box channels to the large and midsize business markets.
2003 marks the 15th year that Vision Events has provided highly focused, business-intensive events that emphasize one-on-one meetings and private boardroom appointments between vendors and their key customers and prospects. Each event, both domestic and international, is designed to enable leading and emerging technology vendors to establish new alliances and build new business with high-level decision makers who participate by invitation only.
"All around the world, technology vendors are now selecting events with measurable business value and proven results," said Philip McKay, vice president and general manager of Vision Events. "Vision Events creates a special face-to-face environment that leads to new partnerships and new business. Our model is unique, and uniquely effective. Each of these events represents the most cost-effective way to do business in the core technology channels, as well as reach major end-user audiences and high-growth vertical markets."
The schedule of events for the first half of 2003 includes:
