What is the Energy & Utilities Summit?

The Energy & Utilities IT Summit presents an objective, informed guide to navigate the market and cut through the industry hype. Technology Provider case study presentations offer high-level strategy and the unsurpassed opportunity to discuss your specific business challenges and get detailed, immediately actionable advice.

Who should attend?

The Summit features an invitation-only audience of Senior IT and Business Executives with responsibility for supply, delivery or retail focus from energy and utility organizations who qualify to attend. They are joined by the world's leading IT technology providers, who will present their solutions in Case Study Presentations.

Will attendees have access to Gartner’s expertise?

Absolutely. Attendees will benefit from Gartner's expertise through General Sessions based on research that is presented by a select group of analysts covering the PPM space. Additionally, we offer attendees access to on-site private One-on-One meetings with Gartner analysts to discuss specific issues unique to their organizations.

What is the cost to attend?

For qualified Decision-Makers, participation is "by invitation only." Qualified attendees are given an expense package, which includes complimentary airfare, transportation, deluxe hotel accommodations, and meals. Participants are required to attend prescheduled Case Studies and General Sessions, and have the opportunity to meet with Technology and Service Providers and Gartner analysts in one-on-one meetings.

What is a Case Study?

Case Studies are prescheduled presentations conducted in meeting rooms or suites with groups of sixteen to twenty. This setting provides for interaction between the Technology Provider and the Decision-Makers. During Case Studies you will learn about successful Technology Implementation while discussing new solutions, services and programs. You will also exchange dialogue on issues relevant to your upcoming implementations with your peers.

What are the bottom-line benefits of attending the event?

Participation in the Energy & Utilities Summit will provide participants with the information and analysis required to begin evaluating technologies and solutions that will enable better project oversight, resource allocation, and significant long-term cost savings.
